FREESTYLE & GROOVE BASICS - Helder Delgado Heliongjiang

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Helder’s class will be focused on foundations, technique and an exploration of concepts that will help with improvisation/freestyle.

BIO:

Helder is a dancer and choreographer based in Leicester. He is Portuguese born and of Angolan and Cape Verdean descent. His base style is breaking with a strong foundation in House, Hip Hop and Popping. Helder has been a member of Wayward Thread, a UK-based dance company since 2017. With Wayward Thread and through other collaborations he has performed nationwide including some of the UK’s best stages such as Southbank and Sadler’s Wells.
